Frequently Asked Questions
Whitespace Method™ is a coaching engagement. It is not therapy, counseling, or a clinical diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for any of them. It is built on validated instruments and a defined method, and it is for a woman deciding what happens next. Some clients work with their therapist through the twelve weeks.
You are probably right, and you have been right for a year. Insight was never the missing piece. Whitespace Method spends its first half naming the pattern and its second half on the decision and the ninety days behind it. The last two are the ones that have been missing.
The workshop is four days in person or two four-hour days online. Before that, the assessments, done on your own schedule. After that, you go home with your 7, 30 and 90-day plan, a call from the founder on day 8, and two cohort gatherings. Wide Open adds private one-to-one calls across the ninety days.
Twelve weeks is the arc, not twelve weeks of obligation. You have become extraordinary at building a life for everyone else. Now it is time to build one that feels like yours. And you have already spent a year or more on this decision, in pieces, at three in the morning. Whitespace Method is not more time. It is the same time, concentrated, and finished.
The workshop comes in two formats, and both follow the same four movements in the same order. In person, it is three days at a resort, with group sessions, one-to-one coaching and meals together. Online, it is two four-hour days.
Pattern. The Pattern session uses the Pattern Map™. It names the shared themes, the convergence and the tensions across your assessments, and gives you language for a pattern you have been living inside for years.
Truth. What the pattern has been protecting you from, what it has cost you across the years it has been running, and the life lesson starting to come out of it. This is the Truth Session™.
Decision. The Decision Framework™: the real decision in front of you, what has been blocking it, and what you are, and are not yet, ready to choose.
Action. The chosen decision becomes next steps, commitments and anchors, captured in a 7, 30 and 90-day plan you carry home.
Women who have accomplished a lot, carried a lot, and are now ready for the next phase of their life.
