What the four days are
Each day is structured around one of four movements. By the final day a decision has been made and the first ninety days mapped.
The work is done in a small group. The resort provides the container: meals, rest, and no commute between sessions.
- Day 1Begins at four in the afternoon with check-in, a gathering at five, and dinner at six. Your Pattern Kit™ is presented to you.
- Day 2The Pattern session in the morning. The Truth session through the afternoon. Time for spa, reflection, and activities interwoven throughout the day. Regroup at 5:30pm, dinner at 6:30pm.
- Day 3Naming the decision in the morning and starting work on the action plan. In the afternoon: private coaching, a reset, or the pools. Dinner together in the evening.
- Day 4Finalizing the action plan and wrapping up learnings from the workshop.
