Here is exactly what happens on it.
You tell me the decision you have been circling and how long it has been open. I ask what you have already tried. Then we work out together whether this executive coaching engagement for women is the right thing and whether the Palm Springs leadership workshop is the right time.
If it is not, I will say so on the call, and I will tell you what I would look at instead.
The investment is discussed here. There is no application, nothing to prepare, and nothing to read first.
You do not need to have it figured out before we talk. That is what the call is for.
